My Presentation on Freedom of Speech in Poland

In September, 2018, I went to Warsaw, Poland for the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) human dimension implementation meeting, under the banner of the 30-year-old national security think tank that goes under the nom de guerre Secure Freedom.

Here is one of my “interventions” – speeches before the Plenary Session of diplomats from 50+ countries:

The topic is free speech, but my team was in Warsaw to defend freedom of speech in particular from OSCE’s Office of Democratic Institutions and Human Rights – that’s right, ODIHR, pronounced “oh dear”!

Take a look and see what you think. Comments welcome.
